There's a potential for Changeling tribal decks to make use of it too, I suppose, but my favorite place for it is actually Ghen, Arcanum WeaverGhen, Arcanum Weaver, who's very excited to loop it in and out of play for extra Angels at a moment's notice
Even the Build and Battle Box makes a solid case for itself
