In Commander, where the biggest threat isnt always targetable (or even a creature), that kind of flexible sacrifice pressure is huge
You choose and play the card while Evercoat Ursine's last ability is resolving and still on the stack
I did, however, try to keep five of the most powerful and relevant cards at the top of the list, due to their value (in terms of gameplay, affordability, and availability)
A cheeky fog has never been better than it is today, and thats one of the reasons that The One Ring is pretty darn powerful in Commander even when it isnt being looped
