Since it is a Quick-Play spell, you can use it on the opponent's turn to fetch out a card you will need to handle whatever board they end up building

Besides the Ability, Chandelure just has one move called Cursed Drop, this move requires three energy cards, two colorless and one psychic, and allows you to put 6 damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way that you'd like
