The deck I built is considered Upgraded (Bracket 3) due to the large number of nonland tutor cards, but I'm avoiding Game Changers which includes all of the most efficient ways to tutor a creature from your deck to your hand
Proxies level the playing field, allowing casual players to enjoy Reserved List classics and cEDH pilots to test optimized lists
It's still really strong
Since tutors are a little more flexible in how they operate than other types of cards, were going to look at unusual ones first, including those that are generally used in specific cases, before ranking the remaining generically good ones
This is the kind of power that beats any recursion, and that makes it rather rare in MTG and, as a result, well worth considering
Dragons Matter Path of Ancestry is awesome in any typal deck, but its incredibly powerful in a five-color deck like this one to fix your mana with no restrictions other than entering the battlefield tapped
