This is the second entry in my card-by-card evaluation of Modern Horizons 3, encompassing Black, Red, and Green cards from the set
I picture this card in decks with a lot of mana resources anyway and the care about casting from exile, so I think this card has a practical use better than the prior card
It triggers when Geralfs Messenger enters the battlefield in any way
I dont think it matters much in the long term, as these are fantastic cards with iconic characters and for something as universal as Rift, it doesnt matter whats on the art
Tifas version (in non-foil) comes in the Limit Break Commander precon, but the other versions are only available in Collector Boosters, so fans who prefer other ships have had a harder time tracking down those versions
