As is expected in modern Pokmon sets, there are some Special Illustration cards and other unique treatments that can add to the collectible value of the sets cards
Each player may only have one Legend Card of each card type (Monster, Spell, and Trap) in their Deck
Unless you are able to use one of the 3 Effects that can Move Counters ("Spell Force Implosion" Destroys the Card to do so), or use "Collector of the Spell Force" to clear these Counters, they are more of a wasted potential, and stand a solid chance at Bricking you, since those Cards' ATKs aren't much to write home about
