Exploration for four mana is a bit spendy, but when you solve it which is really easy to do you get a green Future Sight effect that lets you play the most common green build-around cards off of the top of your library
Specifically, this is a fantastic boon to Simic stompy type decks with the creatures being unaffected by Filter Out, and I know my own Xyris Big Hand Slap deck will want its own copy
In terms of Constructed play, I cant imagine this will make a splash in eternal formats like Modern or Legacy
