This Test Print Blastoise from 1998 looks eerily similar to the Commissioned Presentation Blastoise, although this time the card is on a normal border
If you're looking to collect this card, the blues and purples in it are set apart from the darker colors of the cave-like setting and the bright, dazzling light that makes the hat look like it's glowing
Looking at current story spotlight cards, some that I would consider as flavorfully battles are Battle at the Bridge, Battle for Bretagard (these even have Battle in the name), Eiganjo Uprising, Hostile Takeover, Hour of Glory, Mage Hunters' Onslaught, Rampage of the Clans, Storm the Citadel, and The Fall of Kroog
It provides a threatening early game and can grind out longer matches against control decks
