Santoku 165mm Ebonised oak Wa handle made from ebonisedSantoku 165x50mm, San ma hand forged from 135Cr3 high carbon steel core and soft steel clad in Sheffield. This is a workhorse Santoku. Thick spine the blade taper to a very thin tip. The geometry should bring speed when cutting but with a good penetration. The bird beak 2 tones handle complement the blade very well.
