This allows you to rapidly find your game-winning combos, such as the Worldgorger Dragon reanimation loop and Glint-Horn Buccaneer for discard damage

My guess is that this came up in price a bit to over take some more notable cards like Dead-Eye Navigator because its great for Tribal decks, like Werewolves

Keeping the same price as more powerful decks while lowering the power level isnt great

Second and third place also go to Universes Beyond sets, with MTG Lord of the Rings following Final Fantasy, and Avatar: The Last Airbender bringing up the rear

Its not a terrible card, especially for its time
