Any other keyword or card that would prevent your opponent from targeting an exerted character with Bodyguard still applies - that "if able" part is pretty important

The Rabbit Citizen doesnt use the Gift mechanic directly but can benefit an opponent while providing value to your deck at the same time

Its a fog on steroids, basically, and one thats an intriguing option
