With the Powerstone mechanic, hitting large amounts of mana ahead of schedule is a realistic proposition
As a card, it's solid, letting you flood the battlefield with copies of Assassins in exile with memory counters
The rest of the deck is largely built around enabling your Clue generation to do some silly things , like making Kappa Cannoneer unblockable, or turning your Clues into a rhinoceros wait staff with Killer Service
One of the biggest problems with five-color commanders is that they often don't fit the theme of the deck, but Ramos, Dragon Engine breaks this mode by actually making the fact that you're playing five colors matter
Just play better cards that do more for you even if they cost a bit more
Dauthi Voidwalker There are a lot of things going on with this card, and while I think this card is a great card and it has a lot of power behind it, it also has a pretty restrictive casting cost for Legacy (BB) and that alone might relegate it some of the more fringe strategies of the format
